TXTFIRE PHILIPPINES & Philippine Chinese Charitable Assn. Inc. Renewed thier Memorandum of Agreement. Once again strengthening the ties that the two organizations have. These two organizations is led by Gerry Chua (TXTFIRE) and Dr. James Dy (PCCAI). The MOA will give free medical help to fire volunteers who are in need especially those injured in the line of duty.
